Question for Jed. I have heard a couple people say there is a Pinks all out event scheduled at the track this summer. Is there any truth to this? I haven't seen anything posted about it. I have been contemplating getting my 68 mustang running and competing in a Pinks title for title event. Thanks, Steve

Rich Christensen is working on his own deal he calls arm drop racing. No TV, A hard process to cut cars down to a handful and then the race for 10K, once fully staged they flash a number, winner without breaking out advances rounds. We are sold out of weekends in 08 and did not want to cancel a bracket to accommodate such a race. In 09 I am looking for all kinds of new options...

Pinks can be fun to watch and I would love to host a Pinks race, I really like the new show "Pass Time" also, hope it makes it.

Hopefully these new shows will get new people interested in drag racing and we will see some new blood giving it a try.

Jed
