Sounds like I missed out this weekend and valuable MDRA points.
Good news is the motor was put together Saturday, I spent the day Sunday installing, with the help of my crew chief Sammy. She was a huge help. Fired the thing up at 8:00 pm and ran it for 1/2 hour. the Timing was right on ! out of the box. Got the oil temp up to 180 and shut her down, ran the lash and put it away for the night. Ready to load for Cedar Falls at the end of the month.

| Davey,I thought You said that Sheila said that You said that your Schedule said you are going to Grove Creek the Week End of the 30th,,,now I'm even confused on what You said!!P.S.why would you let your race engine idle for 1/2 hour,,,did you go in the house to eat a Pizza and a Beer and forgot about it or what,,, cause other than that, I don't know why you'd do something like that!!! |
